Le Comptoir restaurant is a French bistro where the love for cuisine meets the passion for wine. We offer a culinary experience through our set menu and wine pairing, while our à la carte menu is designed to enhance premium local ingredients as well as high-quality products from abroad, carefully selected by Chef Olivier.

With a wide selection of wines curated by our Sommelier, Myriam, you will have the opportunity to explore unique boutique wineries as well as other grand crus.

We aim to welcome you as if you were at our own place, in a warm and friendly ambiance with an elegant touch that lets you feel like you’re in an authentic French bistro.

Olivier Corti – Founder & Head Chef

Olivier grew up in Lyon, the culinary capital of France. Since he was a child, he spent every Sunday in the kitchen with his grandmother, an experience that truly ignited his love for cooking. During his teenage years, he began working at his aunt and uncle’s restaurant, where he learned the essential techniques of “gourmande French Cuisine.” After a few years, he decided to further hone his skills at a Michelin-starred restaurant in the south of France. From there, his journey continued, with no intention of stopping as he explored different places, ultimately landing in Da Nang city in 2017.

His unwavering passion for French cuisine and his continuous drive to satisfy diverse palates inspired him to establish Le Comptoir.

Myriam Moretto – Manager & Sommelier

Myriam grew up near Milan. She embarked on her wine career at the age of eighteen, quickly rising to become the best junior sommelier in Italy. Following the completion of her Master Sommelier program, she relocated to France to deepen her knowledge of wine. She honed her skills working at top Michelin-starred restaurants in France, Monaco, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.

She joined the team to enhance the service and provide expert wine recommendations.

Together, Chef Olivier and Myriam consistently seek out the finest food and wine pairings, striving to craft the ultimate experience for their guests.
