What you’ll do in general:
– Food Preparation & Quality Control
– Team Supervision & Training
– Prepare and clean the assigned sections, prepare ingredients in advance, and firing plates correctly during service time
– Food Cost Control & Waste Management
– Hygiene, Safety & Equipment Management
– Creative Menu Development
– Deliver exceptional service from the heart, ensuring seamless dining from start to finish.

Who we’re looking for:
– Minimum 1-year experience in a European restaurant at the same position
– Good English communication
– Excellent team communication and interpersonal skills
– Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn
